The return is a ski-back through the Powder Ridge Cabins or a shuttle ride that stops just across from the Cedar Creek neighborhood. Summer brings lift-served mountain biking and alpine hiking, and the long evenings fill with free concerts in Town Center Park, the weekly farmers market, and the Big Sky PBR each July.
Beyond the resort, the restaurants and shops of Big Sky Town Center, the Nordic trails of Lone Mountain Ranch, and the Gallatin River, with its fly fishing and whitewater rafting, are ten to fifteen minutes away. Historic Main Street in Bozeman, Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, and Yellowstone National Park are each just over an hour's drive.
The Cedar Creek association handles snow removal, grounds, and exterior upkeep, so the condo can be closed up between visits with little to manage.
