Yellowstone Club

Spanish Peaks Mountain Club

Big Sky Mountain Village

The Mountain Village in Big Sky is the area that surrounds the base of Lone Mountain and Big Sky Resort. Mountain Village is the center of skiing in Big Sky and the village has plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment year round. The area closest to Big Sky Resort has the highest concentration of condominiums in Big Sky and also has single family homes, some with great ski access.  Moonlight Basin, located on the northern side of Lone Peak offers condominiums, ski-in and ski-out homes, and homesites located right on the slopes. The Moonlight Lodge is the perfect setting for a day at the spa, relaxing between ski runs, or après ski and fine dining. 

Because of its proximity to the ski slopes as well as its scenic grandeur and appeal to visitors, the Mountain Village also represents an excellent value for a Big Sky real estate investment. Whether you're looking to own a rental property a vacation home or to purchase a recreational property, the Mountain Village offers close proximity to ski slopes, as well as shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Meadow Village

Located a picturesque 7-mile drive from the base of Big Sky Resort, the Meadow Village is home to many tear round amenities including shopping, fine and casual dining, numerous local taverns, pharmacy and doctors offices. Two small local grocery stores now serve the meadow village with a larger full line grocery store under construction. A branch campus of Bozeman Deaconess Hospital is also currently under construction.

Meadow Village is also home to the Big Sky Resort golf course, an 18-hole, Arnold Palmer designed course that is 6,500 feet above sea level, offering longer drives and spectacular views.  There are many homes, luxury townhomes and condominiums along the golf course, most of which offer majestic views of Lone Mountain.  During the winter months, the golf course is transformed into many miles of Nordic ski trails, which can be accessed by homeowners and guests.
