LTD Real Estate is proud to announce the utilization of QR technology in our marketing efforts. QR stands for "quick response" and represents a rapidly growing medium for information transfer. Here's how it works: You see a QR code (one of those funny square bar-code looking things you see around more and more) and scan it with your smartphone, tablet, or QR ready device. You are then directed to a web page, photo, or piece of information represented by the QR code. If you do not have a QR reader app already on your device there are many downloadable for free. 

LTD Real Estate is now using QR codes on all yard and directional signs. If you see an LTD Real Estate sign at a property you are interested in you can scan the QR on the sign and be

Everett's 8,800 Mountain Top Restaurant opens winter 2014/2015 at the top of Andesite Mountain (previously known as the Pinnacle at Big Sky). The restaurant will serve American Alps cuisine and provide spectacular views of Lone Peak and ski slopes from the expansive deck and dining area. Originally constructed in 2007, this beautiful log restaurant has massive indoor/outdoor fireplaces and stunning décor. Everett's 8800 is named after Everett Kircher who brought Big Sky Resort into the Boyne Resorts family in 1976 and the elevation on which it stands, 8,800 feet. Serves: Breakfast, Lunch, and Après. What’s the biggest ski area in the United States? It’s none of the familiar places. The area with the most skiable acreage, as of last winter, is Montana’s Big Sky Resort. That’s good for bragging rights. But I wasn’t going to Montana solely for the downhill skiing. I’m greedy. I like all types of skiing. I want epic downhill, champagne powder, perfect cross-country, pristine backcountry. Add a historic gourmet lodge, and the list of destinations where you can have it all is decidedly short. I had a hunch that the greater Big Sky area might make that elite list, not just because it has a super-size ski mountain, but because it has what I like to call Big Ski. That is,
